Itinerary

Tierra del Fuego National Park is the southernmost park on the planet and the only one in Argentina that combines mountains, forest, and sea.

It is a must-see attraction for anyone looking to connect with the stunning nature at the end of the world and learn about the region’s history.

We will depart for Tierra del Fuego National Park.

During the journey, an experienced guide will share interesting facts about the region, including its history, fauna, flora, and Fuegian geography.

The first stop will be just before entering the Park, at the End of the World Station. At this time, those interested in the train ride can purchase their ticket. Onboard the train, besides enjoying the scenery, you will learn the story of this railway that took prisoners from Ushuaia to the slopes of Mount Susana. The ride lasts approximately 1 hour.

For those who do not wish to take the train ride, there will be an option for a short walk or to explore the charming station and hear the train’s history from our guide.

After returning from the train, with the group complete, we will begin our park tour – a 30 km journey with stops at selected viewpoints to enjoy the scenery.

Our next stop is Lago Roca, also known as Acigami. Here, you can see part of the Chilean Andes and appreciate the beauty of the lake and surrounding forest, as well as take a walk along its shore.

We continue along the dirt road, admiring beautiful landscapes until we reach the park restaurant, which, in addition to delicious cakes, coffee, and drinks, offers stunning views and houses an Indigenous Alakushí interpretation museum.

We then head to one of the most special spots in the Park: the famous Lapataia Bay. Upon arrival, there is a sign with local curiosities, including the southernmost point of Route 3 – the world’s southernmost road. A perfect place to feel literally at the “End of the World.” A short walk takes us to a viewpoint where you can enjoy the best view of the bay.

After this amazing tour, we return to Ushuaia.
