Itinerary
We pick you up at your hotel from 7:00 a.m. and head to a private pier on the shores of Lake Argentino to board the cruise that will take you on this fantastic experience.
We depart northwest toward Upsala Glacier, passing the beauties of Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo, the narrowest part of Lake Argentino at approximately 800 meters wide, enjoying the nature around the North Arm.
We continue south along Spegazzini Channel to meet the majestic Spegazzini Glacier. The navigation allows us to approach the glacier, whose front walls rise between 80 and 135 meters above lake level. We stop at Puesto de las Vacas Bay for a guided walk with views of the glacier from the old settlers’ station, exploring the local flora and fauna.
Next, we visit Upsala Channel until reaching Herminita Peninsula, the limit allowed by the National Parks, where we enjoy a panoramic view of Upsala Glacier and a delicious lunch.
We continue through the ice channel until reaching the northern wall of Perito Moreno Glacier.
Finally, we head to the private La Soledad pier and return to El Calafate, completing this perfect combination between you and Patagonia.
